Returns Policy
All custom-made and personalised orders are not to be returned unless faulty, refunds will only be given to items that are faulty.
If you would like to cancel an order, you must let us know within 24 hours. You then have a further 7 days to return the item in the condition it was sent in. This does not include personalised items. Your refund will then be processed within 14 days of receiving the item back.
If you notice any damage to any item you receive we will always offer to replace or repair the item, unless it can be proven that the item was not faulty when sent.
Refunds will only be given to the buyer of an item, and proof of order must be given (i.e order number). Our support email is irisjeandesignssales@gmail.com.
Delivery
Sets without cushions are on a 3-4 week turnaround, sets with cushions are on a 5-6 week turnaround, this does not include shipping/delivery time, this is for the items to be made. For embroidered occasion pyjamas or sets such as Birthdays, Christenings etc please allow 2-3 weeks before the event, and write the date they are required by in the notes box at checkout.
Ready to send non-personalised items are usually sent 24 hour tracked or 48 hour tracked via Royal Mail and you should recieve them within those timeframes, they are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days.
